1, Can I change or cancel the online orders?

Due to most of the dresses on GlobalDresses.com are custom-made according to the customers measurements, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. If you have any problems with your order please contact Your Service Manager who will give you reasonable suggestions.
2, Can I return for refund?
Cause the most of our dresses on GlobalDresses.com you ordered are tailored according to your measurement. We can not arrange return and refund to the customers, unless obvious quality problem with the dress you order you can return the dress for refund. If you have such problems, please feel free to contact Your Service Manager.
3, How to deal the Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items?
For defective, damaged, or mis-shipped (item shipped was not item ordered) items, the issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving shipment. To report such items, contact our Service Manager immediately via email or website massage. Meanwhile please get ready to provide Service Manager photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, Service manager will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process you exchanging or refund. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it. Globaldresses will then ship you a new item immediately.
4, Can exchange or return because of the sizing or fitting issues?

Item is not the size you ordered.Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
b. Your item is the size you ordered but does not fit Dresses do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
5, How to deal with color mismatch issues?
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Globaldresses.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our service manager to see if a return or refund is possible.
6, How to deal with overdue orders?
If an item cannot be shipped by the time originally stated, Service Manager will offer you the option of keeping or canceling your order.
